Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
Cerula (“Cerula,” “we,” “us”) provides 3D pool and outdoor-living design renderings on a paid, per-request basis. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Cerula is a trade name of Foundry Operations, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.
What you’re buying
You are purchasing conceptual design renderings — still images and, where selected, a video flythrough and/or an editable source file. Renderings are conceptual visualizations, not stamped construction or engineering documents. They are not a substitute for engineering, surveying, permitting, or a licensed contractor’s judgment. You are responsible for verifying feasibility, dimensions, setbacks, codes, and site conditions before any construction.
Payment
All orders are paid in full at the time of submission. Prices are as shown at checkout. Add-on elements, video, source files, and rush service are priced as listed.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is approximately three business days; rush service is approximately 24 hours. Turnaround begins when your request is complete — i.e., once we have the information and photos needed to begin. Estimates are targets, not guarantees.
Revisions
Each base design includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated set of changes. Additional rounds are billed at the posted revision fee. A revision means adjusting the existing design; a fundamentally different layout or concept is a new design, not a revision.
Your content & rights
You represent that you have the right to submit the photos, videos, address, and other materials you provide, and you grant us the right to use them to produce your design. On full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered renderings for your own sales, planning, and construction purposes. We may display anonymized work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Refunds
Because each design is custom work performed on demand, orders are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If something isn’t right, use your included revisions — we want you happy with the result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerula’s total liability for any claim arising from a design is limited to the amount you paid for that design. We are not liable for construction costs, delays, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on a conceptual rendering.
