This policy explains what Cerula collects and how we use it. Cerula is a trade name of Foundry Operations, LLC (Texas).

What we collect

To produce your design we collect what you give us: your name and email, the property address, photos and videos of the space, and your design preferences. We also collect payment information through our payment processor (we never see or store full card numbers).

How we use it

We use your information solely to create and deliver your design, communicate with you about your order, and process payment. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make Cerula work — our payment processor, email provider, cloud hosting and storage, and the designer(s) assigned to your project — and only as needed to deliver your design.

Retention

We keep your order and design files so you can access them later and request revisions. You can ask us to delete your files at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion, and you can opt out of non-essential email. To make a request, email hello@cerula.design.
